You can download the library with a minimal set of fonts from the the SourceForge.net Files page, and you can download the fonts package that includes 200+ font files.

Ilib can make use of any properly formatted BDF font file. XFree86 used to provide BDF font files on their ftp server; however, they don't seem to be there anymore. I'd suggest searching Google.
